We had a fantastic summer break (August 2011) . The location was beautiful and the apartment a real home from home. Les Carroz is absolutely charming and provides plenty to do from paragliding, tennis, swimming (for the more energetic) to just sitting outisde a cafe watching the world go by (for the more relaxed) - perfect! The extensive DVD collection and English satellite channels were much appreciated by two teenage girls! It really has everything you need for a great family holiday. Thank you Catherine and Mike. My family and I stayed at this apartment for a week in July 2011. To put it simply this was an amazing holiday, in an amazing location. Their were many facilities and amenities near by for all ages. I have three sons 16,13 and 8 and all had a great time. There are so many things to do and explore and the apartment is the ideal location as a base for all. Hi Catherine, found the directions you sent were fine and easy to follow. The apartment was clean, tidy, warm and cosy just as the pictures on the website showed. Good location in easy reach of village centre and close to bus stop. We would recommend your apartment to friends, relatives and to use it again in the future. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your apartment that’s why we have stayed there for our family skiing holiday the past 2 years. We have just returned from a fantastic week in Lez Carroz. The apartment was excellent, clean and well equipped and a very short walk from the free ski bus that took us to the slopes every day. Catherine, many thanks for a fabulous holiday in your lovely apartment, which was even better than the web site description - especially the view from the balcony. The chalet was probably one of the nicest we have stayed in for a long time. Les Carroz was the perfect base for hiking and we enjoyed using the outdoor swimming pool which was just few minutes walk away. Our first impressions of the apartment was beautiful, the standard was even better than we expected, The chalet had everything we needed, was very nicely presented and had a lovely cosy feel. We all really enjoyed our holiday, we found Les Carroz very family friendly and plenty to do. There were lots of restaurants to choose from and a good few bars that had friendly atmosphere. The skiing was great and had many runs to cater for all levels. There was easy access via the ski bus or parking at the base of the slopes. The apartment had everything we wanted, it was warm and comfortable, had great views, and a pleasure to return to after a hard days skiing, and we would definately recommend it to others. Wow what a Christmas, the best ever! Thank you so much for letting your beautiful cosy apartment to us, with its lovely furnishings and decor which is so apt for the area giving a real alpine feel and also helped make it so special. It was a pleasure to unlock the door at the end of each days skiing. Your apartment is in a lovely quiet location with stunning views, and a 5 min walk to the village and the restaurants, as you said "perfect for loosening up those tired leg muscles". Les Carroz is such a lovely place with its gorgeous shops and boutiques. The skiing was awesome, perfect conditions with blue skies, sunshine and soft white powdery snow, so many runs to choose from. We had a great week and found the apartment comfortable and cosy. It was a good spot for a family with young children. The pool complex nearby was excellent, although the town was very quiet in mid June. I would recommend the apartment to anyone; Very Cosy! The furniture and décor were beautiful. The view from the Balcony was lovely too: great for breakfasts of warm baguettes! We would stay again, but probably in July/August during the high season.
